UPS

We are located in Sacramento, California.

•We offer four methods of shipments with UPS. The cost will depend on the method of delivery, the weight of the package and the destination.

•Tracking numbers are sent with all orders via UPS, the number is sent via e-mail when the air-bill is run and the tracking number goes live once UPS scans the package into their system.

•The final shipping charges will be displayed before you enter credit card information for the purchase.

•All packages are guaranteed free replacement should they be damaged, lost or stolen.

US Postal Service

•We offer two methods of delivery through the Post Office.

•We are able to deliver to PO and APO boxes at no additional charge.

•All packages are guaranteed free replacement should they be damaged, lost or stolen.

Shipping Methods:

Priority Mail: USPS states that packages sent via priority mail take between 2-3 days for delivery. However, this time is not guaranteed and as most packages shipped by this method arrive in time, there have been instances when they have exceeded three days for delivery. Syrup2u.com makes no guarantee of this stated delivery time.

Parcel/Post: Inexpensive method for sending bulk and heavy packages. However, delivery time can take up to 3-4 weeks for customers on the East Coast, Alaska and Hawaii.

Big Train Free Shipping

All Big Train and/or Cappuccine orders totalling $40 or more will not be charged for shipping. Such orders must consist exclusively of Big Train and/or Cappuccine products.
